On their second last day of school our P3\/4 bakers took part in a technical baking challenge.<\/p>\n

They had to follow a recipe for Fifteens cake – but reduce all ingredient quantities to 7.<\/p>\n

They worked as a team to follow the instructions and make the cake how they thought it should look.<\/p>\n

The cakes were then judged based on taste and appearance by our special guest judges – Mrs Toolan, Mrs Kustelak and Mrs Cappie. They all agreed it was a tough decision, but the winners were the Yellow team!<\/p>\n
