As well as taking part in Waste Week, the St Kevin\u2019s Eco Committee have also been promoting Earth Hour.<\/p>\n

At school we have been learning about the environmental threats our planet is currently facing. Wildlife we love, like elephants, turtles and polar bears, are at risk from the effects of climate change, pollution & over-consumption.<\/p>\n

To try and help, every pupil in our school made a promise for Earth Hour that they will all try and stick to.<\/p>\n

Earth Hour is taking place on Saturday the 24th of March at 8:30pm, and we would love for as many pupils as possible to take part at home.<\/p>\n

It simply involves switching off your lights for one hour.<\/p>\n
