Today was a great day in P4\/5! We took part in our school’s Health and Wellbeing day with much enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

We learned about the importance of looking after our bodies and our minds, and explored different ways in which we can do this. We also discussed our feelings and shared strategies on how to process and manage emotions.<\/p>\n
