We are all well rested and ready to begin this new week.. This term some of the things we are going to be covering are:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Literacy <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Reading<\/strong> <\/em>&#8211; Novel studies (The Eleventh Orphan, Saving Finnegan and Why the Whales Came)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Taught Writing<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; Persuasive Writing<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Spelling<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; Stage 6 North Lanarkshire Active Literacy spelling.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Numeracy<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211; Place value, four operations and money.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>I.D.L<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; This term we will be covering the whole school topic of France, looking at landmarks, cities, food, culture, festivals, French language and politics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/images.clipartpanda.com\/homework-clipart-student-doing-homework-clip-art-7-830x841.jpg\" width=\"259\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello from Primary 6\/7, We are well on our way to getting back into a routine having completed our first full week.
