We have had lots of fun learning about the 80’s! In class we learned about Band Aid and Live Aid . \u00a0We showed our understanding of their importance by writing a report about them.<\/p>\n

We have also enjoyed learning about Fractions and Decimals. \u00a0We thoroughly enjoyed participating in various activities through group rotation stations.<\/p>\n

In class, we have enjoyed participating in Art activities that have focused on aspects of our 80’s topic. \u00a0We learned about Andy Warhol and his influence in Pop Art. \u00a0We recreated our own favourite cartoon characters using the Pop Art technique. \u00a0We also designed our own Wildlife bars, as we learned this was a one of the most popular chocolate bars in the 80’s, which is known today as a Dairymilk bar.<\/p>\n
