It helps schools, families, and services work together to ensure every child gets the right support at the right time. At its heart is a commitment to helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.<\/p>\n<p>At St Joseph\u2019s Primary, we use GIRFEC to guide how we support pupils\u2014focusing on eight wellbeing indicators: <strong>Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible, and Included<\/strong>. These help us understand each child\u2019s needs and tailor support accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc64 <strong>Named Person<\/strong><br \/>\nTo ensure every child has someone looking out for their wellbeing, each pupil has a Named Person.<\/p>\n<p>At St Joseph\u2019s, this is <strong>Brendan McCloskey (Head Teacher)<\/strong>.
