Each morning, the team sets up simple sensory circuits\u2014short, structured activities designed to help pupils regulate their bodies and minds. Children spend around five minutes moving through these stations, which might include balance challenges, stretching, or focused movement. These circuits support pupils to feel calmer, more grounded and better prepared to concentrate in class.
