In St Helen\u2019s Primary &amp; Nursery we aim to ensure that our vision and values will be at the core of our work. All pupils will be <strong>S<\/strong>afe, <strong>H<\/strong>ealthy, <strong>A<\/strong>chieving, <strong>N<\/strong>urtured, <strong>A<\/strong>ctive, <strong>R<\/strong>espected, <strong>R<\/strong>esponsible, <strong>I<\/strong>ncluded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In St Helen&#8217;s Primary &amp; Nursery we aim to:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Be The Best We Can Be<br \/>\n\u00b7 Make a Difference<br \/>\n\u00b7 Work Together<br \/>\n\u00b7 Aim Higher<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our core values are <strong>F<\/strong>aith, <strong>R<\/strong>espect, <strong>I<\/strong>nclusion, <strong>N<\/strong>urture and <strong>S<\/strong>uccess &#8211; we call these our <strong>FRINS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We aim to:<br \/>\n\u00b7 provide high quality teaching and learning in a safe, secure, trusting environment by implementing and developing the learning outcomes of a Curriculum for Excellence and so develop in each pupil the capacity to be a <strong>SUCCESSFUL LEARNER.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 promote our Catholic identity and demonstrate how our religious and moral values permeate both life in the school and the wider community, where each person plays a vital role in developing the moral, spiritual and social values of each pupil in preparation for their role as a <strong>RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 raise achievement in all curricular areas by building positive self image, high self esteem, confidence and mutual respect and so develop in each pupil the capacity to be a <strong>CONFIDENT INDIVIDUAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 to continue to place a strong emphasis on developing our relationship with all stakeholders by promoting the concept of active partnership and a sense of community by making every effort to ensure that each individual is given opportunities to fulfil their potential and so encourage each to become an <strong>EFFECTIVE CONTRIBUTOR.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The motto of St Helen\u2019s Primary &amp; Nursery is \u2018Caritas Semper\u2019 \u2013 Charity Always. &nbsp; The schools aims, visions and values are evaluated on a regular basis, in which all members of the school community are consulted.
