It was a big day in our Gaelic Workshop today. For several weeks we have been learning about clothes and this was our chance to show off…in more ways than one! Thanks to fabulous teamwork and a positive attitude all twelve family groups sent two models down the catwalk wearing rather creative designs.
From the group self-assessments carried out, our learners have identified that as a result of this block of learning they now know:
- how to say some clothing words in Gaelic
- how to say ‘on him’ and ‘on her’ in Gaelic
- how to work as a team
- who they can rely on to help
- who works best in a co-operative situation
- each other’s strengths
