The children have been getting into the Christmas spirit (early!) by role playing in our Christmas shop and visiting Santa’s grotto! The nursery is looking very festive with some fairy lights and the Christmas tree!

The boys and girls had lots of fun taking part in a winter hunt today. It was freezing cold and we saw lots of beautiful wintery sights! The children used the iPads to capture their favourite parts of the winter walk (we definitely have some budding photographers!) We took a stroll around the pond, to the park and the football pitch.

On Friday the boys and girls participated in some fundraising for Children in Need by dressing up! We had some spotty children, stripey children, superheroes and even Pudsey! The children enjoyed learning about the charity, colouring in their own Pudsey bears and having a dance to some happy music!

The nursery children have had a busy day today! We visited the book fair and got to look at lots of exciting books! The children in the morning had a lovely snack outside with some hot chocolate to keep us cosy! In the afternoon we went for a nice walk then made hot chocolate when we got back to heat us up! The nursery enjoyed a fun filled day at our Halloween Party! The boys and girls made lots of Halloween crafts, biscuits and even got their faces painted! It was great seeing everyone all dressed up!

We have been enjoying some relaxing yoga in the nursery! It helps us to improve our breathing, balance and flexibility! It has been lots of fun!

The boys and girls took a walk around Stepps to explore the area as part of our social studies topic. We saw lots of interesting places like the dentist, the florist and the park! It was lots of fun!

The boys and girls took part in an exciting Autumn hunt! We found lots of lovely Autumn colours like red, orange and yellow! We also wanted to see who could find the BIGGEST leaf!
