If you have any other questions then please email <strong>customerservice@idlsgroup.com<\/strong> or call <strong>01524 580665<\/strong> and we will be happy to help. I will also be hosting a short 20 minute training session on Tuesday 31<sup>st<\/sup> March at 10am to chat through a few things that may help. We want your child to enjoy distance learning through IDL so we are always here to help and support in any way we can.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 31<sup>st<\/sup> March 10:00am Online training session- (please click on the link below)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/teams.microsoft.com\/l\/meetup-join\/19%3ameeting_NDUyNzUzMTktOTU2NC00OTZmLThiNmYtNzc0ZmU2YzlkNTBj%40thread.v2\/0?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%22b3c835d6-647c-4717-b624-755715974778%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%2228cc8903-2bd1-4541-a712-d1aef03d2e62%22%7d\">Join Microsoft Teams Meeting<\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><u>In the meantime here are our Top Tips<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When using an iPad please make sure that you have the updated app <strong>IDL2MOBILE <\/strong>that is <strong>0.3<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Please make sure that when accessing through an internet server that you only use GOOGLE CHROME. This is the only one that will work. If you don\u2019t have Chrome already it takes 2 minutes to download.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>If the student is struggling to move to the next lesson in Literacy please check that the blue assistance button on the right hand side of the screen is turned OFF in order to move forward.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>You need to enable the microphone on your device to enable the student to complete the record\/playback section of the Literacy programme. This will be under the settings of the device.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>We recommend using IDL in 20-30 minute slots so that students don\u2019t get distracted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>If the child has access to headphones then this will be great for concentration on the task (and peace and quiet for the adults!)\u2026.if not, just ensure the sound is on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Please go to our website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idlsgroup.com\/\"><strong>idlsgroup.com<\/strong><\/a> and under the \u2018<strong>Resources<\/strong>\u2019 section you will find useful documents and videos that go through how IDL works.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Don\u2019t worry about testing.
