St. Brigid's Primary

Junior Apprentice

Last Thursday four P7’s – Robert, Jac, Keira and Kelsey – represented St, Brigid’s in the St. Aidan’s Junior Apprentice competition. They had to create a smoothie and work out a business plan to “sell” it and then present their findings to the judges who consisted of the Headteacher, the Depute head and one of the maths teacher from St Aidan’s. The team were terrific, overcoming nerves to stand in front of not only a panel of judges but a hall full of parents and friends to explain the background of their “Groovy Smoothie”. They answered well when quizzed about their product and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
