As we begin a new school year, we would like to extend a very warm welcome back to all our pupils, families and staff. We hope everyone has enjoyed a restful and enjoyable summer break and has had the opportunity to spend time with family and friends.<\/p>\n
The start of a new session is always an exciting time. It brings fresh opportunities for learning, new experiences, and the chance to build on the successes of last year. We are delighted to see our school community together again and look forward to the many achievements and memorable moments that lie ahead.<\/p>\n
We would especially like to welcome the newest members of our school family – our 31 new Primary 1 children, Mrs Bell P3\/2, Miss McFegan P4 and Mrs Burnett our new Learning assistant. Whether you are joining us for the first time as a pupil, parent, carer or member of staff, we hope you quickly feel part of our warm, caring and inclusive community.<\/p>\n
Throughout the year, our focus will continue to be on providing high-quality learning experiences, supporting wellbeing, and helping every child reach their full potential. We are committed to working in partnership with families, as we know that strong relationships between home and school make a real difference to children’s success and happiness.<\/p>\n
There are many exciting events, and opportunities planned for the coming months. We encourage everyone to get involved, celebrate achievements, and make the most of all that school life has to offer. Please keep a close eye on Parents Portal for updates of forthcoming events and other important information.<\/p>\n
