On behalf of all the children and staff, I would like to welcome you to our website. I am happy to share the life and work of our school with you, hopefully it gives you a flavour of what we do here at St. Brendan’s Primary and Nursery.<\/div>\n

We aim to provide the highest quality of education and pastoral care for our children. The environment we provide is stimulating and exciting with a recognition that education takes place both inside and outside of the classroom and through a range of teaching styles.<\/div>\n

We have high expectations of all our children in every aspect of school life. We endevour to enable them each to achieve their full potential. We strive to ensure that our pupils have the opportunity to maximise their achievement and attainment and become Successful Learners, Confident Individuals, Effective Contributors and Responsible Citizens.<\/div>\n

The staff team work hard to create a happy, secure, safe environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.<\/div>\n

As a Catholic school, we are delighted to have the support of the Parish clergy and community at St. Brendan’s Church, \u00a0where the children are welcomed and encouraged to participate fully in Parish life. Our school community is enriched by members of other faiths who have selected to be educated here.<\/div>\n

We have a Parent Council with a Fundraising Group, both of which are extremely active and supportive of the pupils, staff and parents. If you decide to send your child here, you would be warmly welcomed into the parent forum.<\/div>\n

The positive support of our parents and the wider community is very important to us all and we maintain an open and welcoming environment where we can work in partnership for the benefit of our pupils.<\/div>\n

This website is an important link in the way we communicate all that we do here at St. Brendan’s Primary School. It provides us with a wonderful opportunity to share and celebrate the life and work of our pupils.<\/div>\n
