As part of our \u2018When Gran Was A Girl\u2019 topic, we\u2019ve been investigating aspects of life in the past. Recently, we\u2019ve been looking at how people listened to music.<\/p>\n

Nowadays, it\u2019s easy to stream music on your phone or tablet. However, this wasn\u2019t possible in the past. Instead, people sometimes made use of something called a record player. This week, we\u2019ve enjoyed having a record player in our class.<\/p>\n

We enjoyed looking at how the record spun round while playing music. We also enjoyed lifting the needle to change songs. However, we had to be very careful when turning the record over to the other side.<\/p>\n
