Here is your plan for today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Handwriting<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Literacy folder on Glow and click on Handwriting.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018The Wind Poem.\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Copy the poem in your neatest writing.<\/li>\n<li>Remember you should be writing in a joined style and take care with letter formation. Look out for punctuation within the poem too!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Passage &#8211; Giraffes<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Literacy folder on Glow and click on Comprehension.<\/li>\n<li>Open the document called Giraffes Passage.<\/li>\n<li>Using the words at the top of the page you have to complete the passage about Giraffes.<\/li>\n<li>You can either print the sheet out and fill it in, number the missing words and make a list of them or copy out the passage to fill in your answers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Spelling<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your group spelling tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ask someone to give you a Friday spelling test, they could give you some dictated sentences to write underneath like we do in class!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><u>Maths &#8211; Co-ordinates<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the maths folder and click on Co-ordinates Worksheet Tasks.<\/li>\n<li>There are three activities which will give you some practice with co-ordinates to build on what you did yesterday.<\/li>\n<li>You can either print them out or just write your answers on paper.<\/li>\n<li>Remember, you always start with the X point!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Mental Maths<\/u> \u2013 Friday\u2019s questions are in the folder on Glow.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Sumdog<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Take part in the Sumdog competition. Remember it is running until the 21<sup>st<\/sup> May!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>ICT<\/u><\/p>\n<p>For ICT today you can choose an activity to do from the list below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose a piece of work from this week to redraft using Microsoft Word.<\/li>\n<li>Use a drawing tool to create a piece of art work either linked to Scottish artists or to your topic.<\/li>\n<li>Make a powerpoint presentation on a theme of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Use the internet to research a theme of your choice and take some notes about what you have learned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>P.E.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Make sure you get some exercise today. Some ideas are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P.E. with Joe<\/li>\n<li>Try a celebrity class on YouTube<\/li>\n<li>Practice a sport in your garden<\/li>\n<li>Make your own obstacle course for your family to try<\/li>\n<li>Cosmis Kids Yoga<\/li>\n<li>Jump Start Johnny<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Fun Friday<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Once you have finished all of your tasks choose something fun to do as a Fun Friday task. You might play an interactive game, do some more exercise or complete a craft activity.
