To many people and especially to the families affected by the Coronavirus, these people are heroes!<\/p>\n<p>Today I want you to write about a hero of your own. What makes them your hero? Do they possess special qualities that you admire? If so, what are they? What have they done or do they do that is heroic?<br \/>\nOnce you have written your piece send it to me. I would love to see all of your great work!<\/p>\n<p>Remember to include your core targets!<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:50-12:30: NUMERACY<br \/>\nMental Maths<\/strong><br \/>\n-Open the folder called \u2018Mental Maths\u2019 within the Numeracy section of our Glow page. Complete \u2018Thursday\u2019 of the second page for this week of the file called \u201827.04.20 Mental Maths 2\u2019.<br \/>\n-Then practise the 11 and 12 times table.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Squares:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Open the \u2018Squares\u2019 folder within the Numeracy section of Glow. Open the folder named \u2018Multiplication and division\u2019 and complete the exercise called \u2018Page 3 multiplication and division 30.04.20\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Triangles:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Open the \u2018Triangles\u2019 folder within the Numeracy section of Glow. Open the folder named \u2018Multiplication and division\u2019 and complete the exercise called \u2018Chimney multiplication (2 digit by 1 digit) 30.04.20\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Circles:<\/strong><br \/>\n-Open the \u2018Circles\u2019 folder within the Numeracy section of Glow. Open the folder named \u2018Addition and Subtraction\u2019 and complete the task named \u2018Chimney Addition 2 30.04.20\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALL: Sumdog<\/strong><br \/>\n-Once you finish your tasks, play Sumdog.
