Good morning P6! Here is your plan for today. As always, I am here for you all, if you need anything at all just send me a message.<\/p>\n

LITERACY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Spelling –\u00a0<\/strong>Group 1 \u2013 Here are your words: opposite, soldier, audience, desperate and grammar. Choose a task for today to practise your words.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Group 2 \u2013 I have uploaded a new spelling grid for you. It is in the spelling folder and called \u2018Group 2 Term 4\u2019. Find your words for today and choose a task to do.<\/p>\n

    1. Reading \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Open the \u2018Tim Peake Reading comprehension activity\u2019 in the Literacy section of Glow. All groups tasks are in the one file today. There are three separate tasks, you don\u2019t have to complete them all. I will tell each group which page to go to for your task.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Diamonds and Emeralds yours starts on page 10. Read the passage and the questions come after it.<\/p>\n

      Rubies yours starts on page 4. Read the passage and answer the questions that follow.<\/p>\n

      Sapphires yours starts on page 1. Read the passage and answer the questions on page 2.<\/p>\n

      You only answer the questions for your group. If you need a hand with this just let me know and don\u2019t worry if you don\u2019t get it all finished, you will have time tomorrow to catch up. Our new topic is Space so let me know if you think this is interesting!<\/p>\n

      NUMERACY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Mental Maths \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Open the folder called \u2018Mental Maths\u2019 within the Numeracy section of our Glow page. Complete \u2018Thursday\u2019 of Mental Maths 20.04.20 Page 2.<\/li>\n
      2. Group 1 \u2013<\/strong>We are going to do some revision of Bodmas today. Remember, multiplication and division first, then work out the other part of the sum. If both multiplication and division appear then you work through from left to right. I\u2019ll be on Dojo and Glow if you need a hand but I\u2019m sure it will all come back to you when you get started.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Group 2 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>We are going to continue the addition and subtraction exercise. This is in \u2018Addition and subtraction continued 23.04.20\u2019.<\/p>\n
