I hope you all had a lovely long weekend!<\/p>\n

This week your child has been set tasks for\u00a0Tuesday<\/strong> and Wednesday<\/strong>\u00a0night.\u00a0<\/strong>To keep us all safe, we have decided that all completed work should be kept at home (until further notice). Please remember to send back the\u00a0clear zippy wallet empty<\/strong> on Wednesday<\/strong> and return your reading book<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Could you please encourage your child to pr<\/strong>actise their reading book each night.\u00a0\ud83d\udcd6<\/strong><\/p>\n

This week we are taking part in Sumdog\u2019s North Lanarkshire Maths Contest<\/strong>. It finishes on Thursday 19th<\/sup> of November<\/strong> at 8pm. It would be great if you could encourage your child to play along as part of their homework this week. Remind them to take their time and think about the question before they press their answer. Points are based on accuracy. It will be great if all of the pupils in Primary 1 take part. Let\u2019s see if we can get St Barbara\u2019s on the leaderboard.<\/p>\n
