Today is our writing day. We are going to be writing an imaginative story.<\/p>\n
This is a fictional story and must include characters, setting and a main event.<\/p>\n
To help you generate some ideas have a look at the story mat below.<\/p>\n
Use a dice to choose one thing from each column. You should roll the dice 3 times to give yourself a character, setting and a problem. The problem will be your main event. If you do not have a dice at home then you can choose one thing from each column.<\/p>\n Now I would like you to use these three things to write an imaginative story. Remember it must have a beginning, a middle and an end. You could also include a picture.<\/p>\n Don’t forget to check your core targets!<\/p>\n I would love to read some of your finished stories.
