Health and Wellbeing<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have all been enjoying the lovely sunny weather recently and it has been great to be able to get outside and play.\u00a0 Even though it is important for everyone to enjoy the sun we have got to remember that it can burn your skin. There are three important steps to stop sunburn:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cover up with clothing and a hat
\n\u2022 Spend time in the shade,
\n\u2022 Wear suitable sunscreen and apply it often<\/p>\n

In the attached sheet the character in it is out in the sun with no hat!!!\u00a0 I would like you to design a hat for the character and make sure it offers suitable protection against the sun.<\/p>\n

Spelling Rule: Words ending in ‘o.’<\/strong><\/p>\n

For words ending in o <\/strong> we usually <\/strong>add -es.<\/p>\n

When we pray it is important to remember a few simple things.\u00a0 Prayers can be simple thoughts and words coming straight from the heart.\u00a0 Sometimes God doesn’t seem to give us what we pray for.\u00a0 Do not give up praying – keep on talking to God and listening for he knows what is best for you, even if it is not what you expected.\u00a0 It is also important to remember that we don’t just ask God for things we want.\u00a0 Remember to praise God and thank him for his goodness, to tell him about ourselves and others and say sorry if we have done wrong.<\/p>\n
