On Friday our magnificent House Captains and Vice Captains presented their last whole school assembly as they came to the end of their term in office.\u00a0 They have been outstanding ambassadors for the school and lead by example.\u00a0 Next week elections will be held for our new House Captains.\u00a0 Friday’s assembly was an opportunity for presenting school news and and celebrating success.\u00a0 Our gymnastic team achieved great success on Wednesday and the team got a chance to take a bow and receive their certificates.\u00a0 Our Writers of the Month, Maths Star of the Month and Artist of the Month also received their awards and will have their work displayed in Achievement Avenue.\u00a0 One of our Pr.1 pupils came out to tell the school about how he had a growth mindset and never gave up when he was learning to ride his bike.\u00a0 Now he can ride his bike with only two wheels! It was a great message to share with the school about trying and succeeding.\u00a0 Great work boys and girls!<\/p>\n
