At our assembly this morning for Pr. 5 – 7 there was a focus on the success of our Sportshall Athletes who came in first place for the Coatbridge finals.\u00a0 We have now successfully qualified for the North Lanarkshire finals which are due to be held in Ravenscraig where we will be competing with the other finalists from across the authority.\u00a0 We also celebrated the success of one of our violinist who recently passed her music grading.\u00a0 We were also joined by a pupil who dedicates each Friday to attending practices with the North Lanarkshire Preparatory Band.\u00a0 She will soon perform in The Royal Concert Hall.\u00a0 Well done boys and girls and congratulations t all pupils who received a certificate in recognition of their efforts.<\/p>\n
