  • Strictly Come Dancing 2018

This years Strictly Come Dancing will be held on Wednesday the 28th of November. Tickets are on sale priced £5 for adults & £3 for children. Get your tickets early as this show has sold out every year.

  • S6 Caritas Retreat

S6 Caritas students enjoyed a weekend retreat to Gartmore House in Aberfoyle.  Thanks to Mr Cassidy and Mr Cluckie for supervising the retreat.

  • Primary Transition Sports Event

We hosted the first of our Primary Transition Sports events this week.  Thanks to Miss Barr along with the Sport Council and Sports Leaders for organising the very successful event.

  • Fulton MacGregor MSP Visit

Thanks to Fulton MacGregor MSP for coming in to discuss crime in Scotland with the Advanced Higher Modern Studies students.

  • Christmas Food Bank Appeal 

All RE classes are taking part in our Christmas Food Bank appeal. Any donations for food bank as well as baby and adult toiletries would be very appreciated.

  • Football Results

The u14 and u15 Football teams both enjoyed good victories this week.  The u14’s made it through to the 4th round of the Scottish Cup following a 7-2 victory over St Aidan’s High School, and the u15’s made it through to the next round of the Lanarkshire Cup following a 6-3 victory over St Andrew’s & St Brides High School.  Well done to both teams.

  • Madrid Trip

Letters have been sent home in the last week detailing the payment schedule and other important information. Any student who has not received a letter should see Mr O’Donnell.

  • NL Go4SET Launch Day

A group of S2 girls enjoyed their day at NL Go4SET launch day.  Go4Set links pupils with employers & universities to offer a 10 week STEM project and our S2 students enjoyed designing a rollercoaster, taking part in the Balloon Chair Challenge before planning their project.
