English: An Overview
A good command of English is the key to success in many aspects of our lives and work. We view it as an important skill which will enable our pupils to communicate well and purposefully with others and to express themselves clearly in writing.
Skills in English will help in many, if not all, other school subjects and benefit our pupils later, in the world of work. It is our hope to help enable all pupils at St Andrew’s High School to become successful learners, effective contributors, confident individuals and responsible citizens.
