Learning is divided into two phases.<\/p>\n

The GENERAL PHASE is from Nursery to the end of Secondary School Year 3.<\/p>\n

Learning is divided into levels. These levels have replaced the 5-14 levels which preceded CfE.<\/p>\n

The new levels are as follows:-<\/p>\n

LEVEL\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 STAGE<\/p>\n

Early\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the pre-school year and P1 or later for some<\/p>\n

First\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 to the end of P4, but earlier or later for some<\/p>\n
