Dear Parents, Carers and the St. Aloysius and Honeywell Community,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am truly delighted to introduce myself as the Head Teacher of St. Aloysius Primary School and Honeywell Nursery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of you may know that I previously worked at St. Aloysius for 13 years, from 2002 to 2015, as both a class teacher and a member of the management team. It is a real honour and privilege to return to a community that means so much to me and to now lead our school and nursery into the next chapter of their journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since leaving St. Aloysius, I have gained a wealth of experience, including ten years serving as a Head Teacher prior to my appointment here in 2025. These years have strengthened my commitment to ensuring that every child receives the highest quality learning experiences within a nurturing, inclusive and values-led environment. I also serve as Cluster Chair for St. Margaret\u2019s High School and as an Associate Assessor for HMIe, roles which continue to deepen my understanding of effective leadership and school improvement for the benefit of all children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of everything we do are our children and families. I am passionate about creating a school community where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to achieve their very best. We will continue to promote equity, inclusion and excellence, ensuring that all learners are supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong partnerships between home and school are vital. I look forward to working closely with our dedicated staff, our families and the wider community to build positive relationships rooted in trust, respect and shared values. Together, we will nurture a caring environment where kindness, aspiration and faith guide our actions each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a privilege to serve this wonderful community once again, and I am excited about all that we will achieve together for our children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
