Support for Key Workers (Update 29.03.20)<\/strong><\/p>\n

School Hubs\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

NLC are now providing a\u00a0seven-day<\/strong>\u00a0school and childcare support operation across ten school hubs\u00a0ONLY<\/strong>\u00a0for key workers to enable them to carry out their critical roles in the NHS or other essential services during this health emergency.<\/p>\n

All ten of our school hubs will be open from:<\/p>\n

Monday to Friday<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0Monday 30 March between the hours of 8am and 8pm and at the weekends on\u00a0Saturdays and Sundays<\/strong>\u00a0from 10am to 3pm, to provide crucial care for key workers and other vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n

It is\u00a0essential<\/strong>, to stop the spread of\u00a0coronavirus, that parents and carers who are able to take care of their children at home or have a partner\u00a0who is not a key worker, provide\u00a0childcare. This seven-day support is being offered to key workers who absolutely require it to enable NHS and other critical services to function.<\/p>\n

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES\u00a0<\/strong>should any child who has symptoms of coronavirus, or who lives in a household where someone has symptoms, present at school. The whole family must follow the\u00a0self-isolation advice.<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The service outlined below will be available at the following schools Monday to Friday for\u00a0children and young people at early years (from birth to age\u00a0five), primary and secondary age:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pre-school: \u00a08am\u00a0– 9am<\/p>\n

School day:\u00a09am\u00a0– 3pm<\/p>\n

After care:\u00a0 \u00a03pm\u00a0– 8pm<\/p>\n
