Primary One pupil will attend school full time from the first day of term in August.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\nWe like your children to be on time but remember it\u2019s better to come late than not come at all.\u00a0 An adult presence is provided in playgrounds, and indoors during breaktimes as outlined in the Safety and Supervision of Pupils (Scotland) 1990 Regulation.<\/p>\n
BREAKFAST CLUB <\/u><\/p>\n
The Local Authority provides funding for a breakfast service daily between 8:15am and 8:50 am. This supervised service consists of water, cereal and toast. This is free to pupils who are in in Primary 1 -5.\u00a0 An application for free school meals can be accessed via the North Lanarkshire website. For all other pupils the cost is \u00a31 per day, with a sliding scale for families of 2 at \u00a31.50 per day and families of 3 at \u00a31.80 per day. Activities are provided.<\/p>\n
Playground supervision begins at 8.45am and children should not be arriving in school before then, unless attending Breakfast Club.<\/p>\n
NURSERY HOURS<\/u><\/p>\n
Our nursery operating hours are 9.00am and finishes at 3.00pm.\u00a0 All children are entitled to a free lunch and eat together at 12.00pm in the school hall.<\/p>\n
