Transitions for children can at times be traumatic if they are not handled and planned for carefully. However, the recent transition sessions for children and families between the centre and Dykehead Primary School have been excellent this year.<\/p>\n

To finish\u00a0the series of events\u00a0the children invited all of their buddies to join with them in a nurturing nature event at Shotts Nature Park.\u00a0 Their were 32 preschool children joined by 40 Primary 6 pupils from Dykehead Primary, who all behaved exemplary.\u00a0 Together they took\u00a0take part in bug hunts, creating fairy doors, story telling, bark rubbing, blind trails and fairy crowns.<\/p>\n
