Children returned to nursery today keen\u00a0to bring their literacy skills to life once again, through explorations of the\u00a0local community.\u00a0 We had return visits to the\u00a0nature park and library, as well as taking our enthusiasm to our local care home where the children were taking turns to both talk and listen to the residents, sharing stories.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow is our last day of Book Week Scotland and we are planning to welcome pupils from Caldrerhead High School, including Oscar, Alan, Graeme and Gemma,\u00a0into the playroom to share their literacy skills through story-telling.\u00a0 We are also excited to have Natalie joining us in the afternoon to bring stories to life through Gymnastics, so please ensure your children are wearing comfortable clothing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
