Friday 1st of May

Good morning p5/6!

Fun fact for the day! Did you know that on this day in 1840 the first ever self adhesive stamp was made in the U.K. It was called the Penny Black.

There will be tasks available from 9am this morning and I have also left a message on the chat board for you and your parents and carers to read.

Have a good day p5/6!

Tuesday 28th of April

Well so far Teams seems to be running smoothly today. Woohoo!

Last night I found out that there had been problems with my internet provider so that wouldn’t have helped either!

Today’s 3 tasks are up and running on our Team and don’t forget there are also maths and spelling challenges on Sumdog.

Well done p5/6 you are working hard, we are very proud of you!

Monday 27th of April

Hello P5/6!

If you haven’t already check in your mailbox to find out if you got a certificate last week.

If you did, congratulations!

If you didn’t, don’t worry there’s still loads of time!

Monday’s activities will be ‘live’ as of 9am this morning.

There will also be a Sumdog Spelling and Maths challenge to keep your coin balance going!

The link below is a nice resource from the Red Cross to start thinking about being kind to yourself as well as others.

Paste it on your browser to take a look.

Finally just remember that you can also use the team chat just to have a chat! It doesn’t always have to be about school work!

Take care and stay safe P5/6!

Over the weekend I will be emailing star writer certificates and the winner of the class points will also receive a certificate. This will count towards the end of term prize so have a look in your GLOW mailbox on Monday.

Don’t forget to have a happy, relaxing weekend.

Stay safe p5/6!
