Perfect P3 Projects… πŸ‘πŸŒŸ

Primary 3b were set the challenge to create a project at home linked to our class topic of Knights & Castles. They could choose to make a model of a castle, a helmet, a sword or a shield.

I am so impressed by all of the amazing projects which have been handed in!

Thank you to all of the P3b family members for taking the time to help your child with this homework task.

Making Healthy Sandwiches…

As part of our Health topic we have been learning about the Eatwell plate. We know that we must eat different food groups to have a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This week we made healthy sandwiches. We used brown bread, ham, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce.

Football Festival… ⚽

On Friday 17th February both Primary 3 classes were invited to Firpark to take part in a football festival. We had lots of fun with the Motherwell FC coaches and we even got to meet first team player Carl McHugh!

Have a look at some of the pictures Miss Girvan & Miss McGhee tried to take during all our running around!  Thanks to the Motherwell Football Club Community Trust for having us! ⚽

Word Clouds… ☁

We made word clouds using our spelling words. Some of us used the shape of our initial to make our clouds. The rest of us used other shapes like caterpillars and bananas! πŸ›πŸŒimg_20170222_145111 20170222_192838
