Hope you are all keeping well. I thought it would be good if today we have a lets get moving day. I know it’s hard to stay healthy when we can’t get out and about just now, so I have put together some ideas for fun exercises you can do at home to stay healthy. Remember you can do it with your family aswell.

- Flip a coin workout instructions are below. All you need is any coin.
- For this next one you will need a dice. If you don’t have one you can always make one from paper. There are lots of videos on YouTube to show you how to do this.
- This last one you need to spell your name to see what exercises you have to do. Remember if you want it to be a harder workout, try spell your first and second name.
