With the Chinese New Year coming up on the 28th of January, we\u00a0are using this opportunity, in Religious and Moral Education, to learn about how Chinese families come together to celebrate their traditions and customs. \u00a0 In modern Chinese the New Year<\/p>\n

is also known as the ‘Spring Festival’ and to honour this we started to make our own blossom tree collages.<\/p>\n

Here are some photos of the first stage: using lines and wool to make the tree shape. \u00a0 Next week we will add colour and texture.<\/p>\n
