We have moved on to a new context, &#8220;Put your rubbish in the bin&#8221;. Discussions have taken place about recycling and we would ask that you bring a few items from home to allow us to do this in a more practical manner next week. We are concentrating on\u00a0\u00a0three important factors,\u00a0Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Some of us visited the janitor\u00a0 to learn\u00a0about some aspects of his job. Our Health &amp; Wellbeing outcome this month reflects on the jobs people do. The children also had the opportunity to use the litter picker to clear some rubbish and put it in the correct bin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">After a walk to the library some children decided to make posters\u00a0highlighting different\u00a0bins\u00a0. Their\u00a0designs are\u00a0displayed in the cloakroom for you to see along with floorbooks which have also been completed this week. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">The children are also learning a\u00a0song which you may hear at home\u00a0 &#8221; We have the whole world in our hands&#8221;. The song \u00a0is about what we can do to save the planet.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Experiences and outcomes for this context\u00a0can be found\u00a0displayed in the cloakroom area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Its lovely to see all the children back after the Easter break !
