S6 sports coaches were in this week to work with the children.\u00a0 P4\/5 enjoyed playing basketball and this programme will continue next week.<\/p>\n
Our successful nursery\/primary 1 transition finished this week.\u00a0 The nursery children have enjoyed their trips to our Primary 1 classes and have been learning lots about our school.<\/p>\n
Primary One loved visiting Ravenscraig Sports Facility for the play festival.\u00a0 They tried out lots of different sports and had a great time.<\/p>\n
Friday night\u2019s movie night, as organised by the Parent Council, was a great success.\u00a0 The children enjoyed the movie and loved the many treats available.\u00a0 Thank you to everyone who volunteered and organised the night.<\/p>\n
Next week we have our Enrolment Mass on Monday at 7pm.\u00a0 It is also the beginning of health fortnight, where we will be welcoming Rookie Rockstars into the school.\u00a0 Mass on Ash Wednesday will be at 10 o\u2019clock.\u00a0 We are celebrating book week next week with the Primary Reading Quiz and lots of activities based around children\u2019s favourite stories.\u00a0 Remember Friday is \u2018Dress as your favourite book character\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
