On Thursday of last week our P6 pupils went to Taylor High School, along with other Primary 6 pupils in the cluster for a Health and Well-Being Event.\u00a0 All pupils participated enthusiastically and represented our school well.<\/p>\n
On Friday, last term’s winning house visited Motherwell Heritage Centre for a ‘Sweetie’ Exhibition and had a great time.\u00a0 All children are trying very hard to earn themselves and their team house points.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday of this week, a small group of P6 pupils will be participating in the annual Euroquiz, competing against other pupils from North Lanarkshire Schools.\u00a0 We wish them the best of luck!<\/p>\n
On Thursday, our Nursery\/Primary 1 transition block will start.\u00a0 Pre-school children will visit Primary 1 in the morning or afternoon for a short activity and story.\u00a0 This has proved very successful and I am sure the children will benefit greatly from it.<\/p>\n
On Friday, it is our first Friday Mass and coffee morning.\u00a0 As always, we welcome any raffle prizes and shop-bought baking or biscuits.\u00a0 Some of our P7 pupils will be participating in a public speaking competition at Taylor High School on Friday afternoon, we wish them the best of luck also!<\/p>\n
