We were delighted to be joined by 30 representatives from industry who spoke to pupils about their jobs, the skills and qualities required and practical\u00a0applications of Numeracy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gd_p\" align=\"left\">The representatives ranged from Cumbernauld Airport to retailers, surgeons and engineers. This was part of the Curriculum for Excellence Numeracy Across Learning in conjunction with the Scottish Government\u2019s \u2018Developing Young Workforce\u2019 initiative. The pupils had a great afternoon and found it very informative.
