It’s a pretty rainy day today, I don’t know about you, but I prefer to be out in the sun.
\nIf you are stuck indoors today, here’s some fun things you might want to try<\/p>\n
1. Bake something.
\n2. Whip up a batch of slime.
\n3. Explore your parents’ wardrobes\u00a0and put on a fashion show.
\n4. Cuddle up with a good book.
\n5. Build, create, and invent new toys.
\n6. Play “Simon Says” or “Hide and Seek.”
\n7. Burn some energy with an indoor workout.
\n8. Grab some popcorn and watch a classic movie.
\n9. Bake a mug cake.
\n10. Play a game of musical statues.
\n11. Pull out the building blocks and Lego to create a mini city.
\n12. Play “I Spy” or “20 Questions.”
\n13. Build an indoor obstacle course!
\n14. Get all dressed up and host a fancy tea party (be sure to invite teddies).
\n15. Crack open those\u00a0 activity books you have piled up
\n16. Get everyone together for a family scavenger hunt.
\n17. Have an indoor “camp out” with sleeping bags, a tent, board games, and marshmallows.
\n18. Cook dinner together.
\n19. Help someone at home by tidying your room (you know you have said you would for ages!)
\n20. Get as many duvets and cushions as you can, fill the living room with comfy things and have a movie marathon (I recommend the PIXAR movies, they’re amazing for kids and adults!)<\/p>\n
Also a wee reminder about the NLC Sum Dog Contest. This ends tomorrow so there’s still some time if you fancy taking part :). A big well done to everyone again this week working from home. I’m so proud of you all!<\/p>\n
