Our priorities for session 2026\/27<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Priority 1:\u00a0 <\/b>By June 2027, all learners will experience consistent, high-quality learning and teaching across the school, with a clear and shared focus on learning intentions, success criteria, effective questioning, <\/span>feedback<\/span> and learner participation in learning.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Priority 2: <\/b>By June 2027, attainment in writing will improve across all stages through the consistent implementation of Talk for Writing, increasing the proportion of learners achieving expected levels from 62.4% to at least 70%. This will be supported by increased staff confidence in professional judgement and assessment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Priority 3: <\/strong>By June 2027, overall pupil attendance will improve from 88.8% to at least 90<\/span>%.<\/span> This will be achieved through strengthened parental engagement, improved relationships with families, targeted support for <\/span>identified<\/span> learners and a whole-school commitment to promoting attendance, <\/span>wellbeing<\/span> and engagement<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A copy of the school\u2019s Improvement Plan and Improvement Report are available by request from the Head Teacher. A summary of the Improvement Report is issued annually to all parents.<\/em><\/p>\n

Information about the progress of our Improvement Plan is discussed at monthly Parent Council Meetings and through our monthly newsletters.<\/em><\/p>\n
