Our school uniform helps to create a sense of community and equality amongst our learners. We find that uniforms help everyone feel included<\/strong>, no matter their background. They also make it easier to identify learners from our school, especially useful when learning takes place outside of our school grounds! We find this helps to create a safe<\/strong> and focused learning environment where everyone can achieve.<\/p>\n

All North Lanarkshire schools must have dress code, which encourages pupils to dress in a way which is appropriate for attendance at school. \u00a0This dress code must not lead to direct or indirect discrimination on the grounds of race, religion, gender or disability. \u00a0Prior to drawing up the dress code the parents, pupils and staff were fully consulted. \u00a0It is the expectation of the education authority that parents will be keen to support the dress code.<\/p>\n
