Some parents are experiencing difficulty with the parent’s portal. Please find attached, links that may help you to resolve any issues you may have.
Staff are unable to see what parents can see, so providing support is difficult. If the links below do not help you to resolve your issues, we have been advised that there is a “request support” option on the parent portal site. This will direct your query to the NLC computer centre to help you.
