Mrs McHugh and I had happy tears watching you all and your lovely messages.💗 We are both missing you all so much and we can’t wait to  see you all back at school when the time is right. 😍😀

 Literacy Task – Writing

• Listen to story about “The Snail and the Whale” or read this book with an adult if you have it at home.

• Imagine you are the snail who wants to go on an adventure. Write a story with a beginning, middle and end about your snail and where he or she wants to go. Maybe they want to travel to somewhere hot? Or maybe somewhere cold?

Primary One children:  Can you write a beginning, middle and end story about your snail using the grid below ?

Primary Two children: Remember to answer these questions in your story :

• When did your story happen?
• Where does your story take place?
• Who is in your story?
• What happened first ?
• How did the character feel ?
• What happened at the end ?

⭐Don’t forget to include your core targets and P2 children, remember to write in paragraphs!⭐
