You will probably have heard of the amazing effort of Captain Tom and the support he has received in his fundraising endeavour for the NHS. If you don’t know about him, that’s your first task.

The actual task I’ve attached is a calendar that you could use to record your acts of kindness, there have been so many examples shared in the media at the moment from restaurants offering food to NHS staff to neighbours delivering groceries for those self-isolating and children decorating their windows or driveways to say thank you for our key workers.

You won’t need to print the calendar off just create something similar on an A4 page.
