1) In the first instance, you should always contact your child’s class teacher or nursery key worker<\/strong> by calling the school office or emailing enquiries-at-mossend@northlan.org.uk<\/a>.\u00a0 Replies may be by telephone or email and you should allow 3 working days. No replies should be expected before 9am, after 4pm or at the weekends\/holidays.\u00a0 Please do not approach teachers in the playground to discuss questions or queries when they are trying to welcome or safely dismiss children.\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

2) After speaking with the class teacher, if you wish to speak to someone in the senior leadership team then please call\u00a0 the school office or email enquiries-at-mossend@northlan.org.uk<\/a>\u00a0 to make an appointment to discuss. Please allow 3 working days for a response, which may be by telephone or email.\u00a0 No response should be expected before 9am, after 4pm or at the weekend\/holidays and you may be referred back to the class teacher if you have not discussed it with them first.<\/p>\n

Mrs Brownlie (Depute Head Teacher) has pastoral responsibility for the Nursery, Primary 1, Primary 2\/1, Primary 2 and Primary 3\/2.<\/p>\n

Mrs Lamont (Acting Principal Teacher) has pastoral responsibility for Primary 3, Primary 4a, Primary 4b and Primary 5.<\/p>\n

Mrs Cole (Principal Teacher) has pastoral responsibility for Primary 6\/5, Primary 6, Primary 7\/6 and Primary 7. (Monday – Thursday working days)<\/p>\n
