become increasingly aware of, and passionate about, the impact of science on their own health and wellbeing, the health of society and of the environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\">Learning through the sciences enables young people to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080\">investigate their environment by observing, exploring, investigating and
