Mavisbank School is a non-denominational, co-educational local authority special school catering for pupils who have complex additional support and significant medical needs. We are situated in the town of Airdrie and serve the whole of North Lanarkshire Council.  The school offers provision for children and young people aged from 5-18 years.  The current roll is 25.

Opened in 1982, the school has four classrooms which are bright and well-resourced with pupils having access to a multitude of sensory equipment and facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, a medical room and general purpose room. Our extensive gardens include a roundabout, swing and sensory trail.
