SYNC is a FREE<\/strong> summer audiobook program for teens aged 13+. You have to sign up with email.<\/p>\n

How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

First\u00a0register<\/a>\u00a0for SYNC at audiofilemagazine.com\/sync<\/strong>. Then set up Sora.<\/p>\n

How do I set up Sora?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Download Sora from the\u00a0Apple App Store <\/strong><\/a>or\u00a0Google Play Store<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. In Sora, tap\u00a0I have a setup code\u00a0<\/strong>(at the bottom of the screen).<\/li>\n
  3. Enter this setup code:\u00a0audiobooksync\u00a0<\/strong>and tap\u00a0Get Started!<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Enter the email address you used to sign up for SYNC.<\/li>\n
  5. Tap\u00a0Explore <\/strong>(at the bottom of the screen) to see the week\u2019s featured titles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    When does each SYNC week start?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    New titles will be available each Friday from 4am. You can access the titles for 7 days, until the next Friday at 3.59am.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    How long is each audiobook available in Sora?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To keep each audiobook, you must tap\u00a0Borrow<\/strong>. Each audiobook is available to borrow for one week. Once you\u2019ve borrowed an audiobook, it stays on your\u00a0Shelf<\/strong>\u00a0in Sora FOREVER<\/strong>!!<\/p>\n

    I don’t see one of the titles for the week. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In Sora, be sure that your search preferences (at the top of the\u00a0Explore\u00a0<\/strong>screen) have \u201cAvailable books\u201d set to\u00a0Everything<\/strong>\u00a0and \u201cFormat\u201d set to\u00a0Audiobooks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Can I delete the\u00a0titles from my device?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Yes, you can delete the downloaded audiobook files in Sora if you need to free up space on your device. If you delete the files, the title will stay on your\u00a0Shelf<\/strong>, and you\u2019ll be able to download and access it again.<\/p>\n

    To delete a downloaded audiobook\u2019s files, tap the checkmark next to the title on your\u00a0Shelf<\/strong>, select\u00a0Stream (when online)<\/strong>, then select\u00a0Yes, delete download<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
