Cluster Support

Over the last three years, the team members and amount of members within NLC Digital School, have continually changed. However, we have managed to maintain a service for staff across North Lanarkshire.

I have provided support for various clusters across the authority:

• Year 1 – Bellshill Academy & Cardinal Newman High school and associated Primaries and FLCs
• Year 2 – Calderhead High School and associated Primaries and FLCs
• Year 3 – Our Lady’s High School, Motherwell & St Aiden’s High School and associated Primaries and FLCs

This support has been a combination of:

• Promoting new and innovative resources, provided by the authority and beyond, via Cluster Teams
• Creating Monthly Cluster Digital Updates either digitally or by attending Cluster Head Meetings
• Providing Teacher Training to showcase the authorities universal digital offering and upskill staff
• Team Teaching, where I work with staff to demonstrate how to use the Digital Literacy and Computing Science progression planners in their planning and implementing of learning, teaching and assessment
• Providing a link between ‘Business and Digital’ and Educational Establishments
• Technical support provided in person and via email/Team chats
